Bright AF
Pros
Cutting through the woods at night? This will light the way and then some. Easy to cycle through brightness modes with big button on top. Tone it down when you hit the city trails, switch to pulsing when you are on the road with traffic. Easy to move the mounting clamp from fat road bars to thin mustache bars, you need to add the rubber shims for thin bars, but it is easy to do.
Cons
The knurled knob that clamps the holder stripped out on my last two. It could stand to have a larger metal nut inside the knob. For less than a buck I got a 4mm coupling nut at the hardware store to replace the stripped knob. You can use a zip tie in a pinch to hold the clamp to your handlebars too.
The screw on the mounting plate that controls side to side angles, needs to be tightened every few weeks, a little thing but I felt it was worth mentioning.
Other Thoughts
I also have the 800 version and this one is indeed MUCH brighter. Despite my issues with the mounting bracket for the handlebars I like this light enough that I bought a second one.
Tip: When removing the rubber shims for large diameter bars, use a piece of grip tape underneath so the clamp has something to bite onto.
Great headlight
Pros
Excellent quality. Very bright.
Cons
None.
Other Thoughts
Been using this headlight for both day and night rides for almost 3 years. Very bright, easy to be seen. Love that it has multiple modes, which include lower brightness modes. Still holds charge well.
Good, bright little light
Pros
Very bright! Lights up reflective signs 100m away. More than bright enough to be seen in the daytime and to light the road well ahead at night.
Mounting bracket is pretty decent, although not without fault (see Cons).
Has low battery indicator
Charges quickly
Battery life seems good (see other comments)
Cons
I wish the knob on the mounting clamp was larger or had wings so I could put just a bit more torque on it to keep it from slipping on my handlebars.
L-R adjustment screws tend to loosen up over time.
Other Thoughts
Easily the brightest bike light I’ve ever used—you will see and be seen when you turn this guy on.
Hard for me to judge the battery life; mine is used every night during the winter months, but only for riding about a kilometer home from work so it’s not on for long periods of time. I do always use the highest setting. I recharge it when I think of it, maybe once a month, and have yet to see the low battery indicator so battery life appears to be good.
Bright
Pros
Bright, easy to use, more than enough lighting options
Cons
Kind of long, mount is awkward when mounting underneath handlebars
Other Thoughts
Looks bulky

Cygolite Metro
Pros
I own the Cygolite Metro Pro 850 USB; the 1100 USB was a gift. Therefore I can only discuss the 850 USB. I can say that it is very light and small but puts out a very high beam in it's high settings. The blinking setting is effective in city driving for making the bike visible. It is very solidly built.
Cons
The screw setting the left-right angle seems to loosen occasionally.
Other Thoughts
Recomended!
