Looked at lots of stands. This one is very nice.
Easy to use, light, folds up, and affordable
Pros
Bought this stand last year it makes working on your bike so much easier, its very easy to use, open clamp tighten and you're good to go.
Cons
Can get tippy if legs are outta line
Other Thoughts
Modern Bike had a great sale on it, was well worth the money, I always use it
It’s great. Perfect.
Pros
Lightweight. Easy to use. Sturdy. Works well.
Cons
None
Other Thoughts
Like it a lot
Great Bike Stand
Pros
Compact Storage
Easy Setup with no Tools (older Park Tools stands needed allen wrenches)
Easy to use clamp
Nice adjustments on the clamp
Super sturdy
Cons
Takes up a little more floor space since it is tripod vs two long legs on other bike stands. But no big deal and really not an issue.
Other Thoughts
All the bike stand you'll ever need unless you're a hardcore pro.
Works as advertised - a great home stand!
Pros
Lightweight and portable
Solid materials, construction, and workmanship
Supports all my bikes without issue
Very stable
Cons
Slide-lock clamp is a little tricky to master
Other Thoughts
I have worked on three different bikes with this stand: a road bike, a cross bike, and a hybrid. The stand easily accepted and supported all three bikes without any problems, and I never worried about the stand tipping over while working. A great choice for a home mechanic or a pro wrench in the field.
Sturdy stand
Pros
It's red
It's sturdy
It's light
It's packable on car/bike trips
It's still unused
Looking forward to using it this spring on extended bike trips.
Cons
None noted as yet.
Well made bike stand
Pros
Very well made and nice looking too. Strong enough to support our tandem.
Cons
None
Bike repair stand
Pros
Lightweight, strong, easy set up, well designed bike stand
Cons
None
Seems to be a nice workstand
Pros
It looks to be well built. Easy to set up and take down for storing/transporting.
Cons
I cant use it because I have no place on my bike that I can clamp. My seatpost is carbon, and my carbon frame has a squarish seat tube, as well as a rectangular top tube. The pictures looked a lot like the Elite workstand, which is what i was wanting.
Other Thoughts
I am in the process of returning this item for a refund. I would order an Elite workstand, but with the price difference and the return mailing costs, it is not feasible right now.
Smooth Operator
Pros
Reasonably stable and strong
Smooth folding mechanisms and QR binder clamps make this very easy to set-up and take down.
Cons
The bike clamp is a little tricky to release with one hand when you are supporting a bike with the other hand.
This tri-pod design is a little less stable than my 2-legged park stand. With the tri-pod, you must be deliberate in positioning one of the legs under the bike. The leg supporting the bike gets in the way a little.
Other Thoughts
Overall a very nice stand for the home mechanic.
