Solid and Reliable Paul Canti Levers
Pros
Good looking, solid and reliable. These levers are compact too and I love them. I mated them to some Campagnolo Chorus but brakes and they are flawless.

Perfect upgrade to do a flat bar install on my gravel bike. Works great with Avid BB7s disc brakes due to the short pull. Nicest levers on the market!

These levers are a work of art. I bought them to work with a pair of Dura Ace 9100 brakes. They work fantastic, and have a solid feel. Modern Bike's price is the best that I have found for these, and they had them in stock. I would highly recommend.

Powerful AND minimalist
Pros
Spoiled by modern disc brakes, I was looking for ways to get a bigger handful of the Shimano 600 calipers on a vintage 80s build-bike Klein I was converting to flat bars. At the same time I wanted to avoid junky & clunky. These levers are the perfect mix of strength and simplicity I was looking for.

Relative to what I was looking doe there are no cons.

My Paul canti's didn't work very well with the short pull Avid brakes levers I bought at a local bike store, so did what I should have done in the first place--order a pair of Paul levers. The canti's now feel the way they should.

Great brake levers
Brake are stiff and soft at the same time. I read a review where someone said they feel somewhat like hydraulic brakes. I agree.
I have Shimano XT hydraulic brakes on my mtb, same kind of soft sure stopping. I'm using them on a flat bar road bike with Shimano 105 side pull brakes. Great feel, sure confident stopping.

Everything. Craftsmanship. Quality. Ease of use and the simplicity of the lever, along with the lightness.
Cons
Only one I can think of is if you need to adjust the lever to be closer to the bar, you can do it, but it leaves an unsightly gap between the lever blade and the base. Luckily, they are perfect where they are for me.
Other Thoughts
To experience the simplest, most elegant of levers, one has to try out Paul levers of any flavor. They really are worth the money.
