Quality and finish are great. Comes with good quality bolts. Holds the water bottle just fine. For $5 I expected it to have some sort of problem, but none at all! I have put these on several bikes.

I now look at bottle cages I have purchased in the past for $15 and feel ashamed.

This will work on scooters because of the space between the seat and front area. I do have another on my bicycle, but this is nice for drinking on my Ruckus 50. Works just as well as on a bicycle!
