5 Inch Riser Bar, 31.8 Review.
I have. 2020 Rad Rover Power Bike but wanted a more upright riding position. These handle bars did that for me and fit on the Rad Rover with no problem. It lifted my position up about 5 inches. Much more comfortable to ride now. The quality seems very good.

It is what I was looking for, if there was medium ape hangers in 31.8mm I would have considered them, but I could only find this, and only this brand. They are on a snow bike and I am very pleased with them. I ride more upright; it's not a fast bike and I don't do extreme fat bike jumps and stuff. There is a centering crosshair and circle - I did measure it and it was dead on.
Cons
Election and Christmas slowed it's delivery. Silly trade wars made the price high but even worse made the handlebars unavailable in Canada, except for an even higher price on amazon.
Other Thoughts
I will certainly look here again if I need more cycling stuff.

Nice, lightweight alloy and geometry for a more upright comfort ride.
Cons
Depending on length of grips, orientation of shifters and brakes, and desired handlebar angle, you might run into issues (as I did in switching from an essentially flat bar on an urban bike) with cables clearing the upper bends in the handlebar.
The polished finish is attractive, but I would have preferred a matte option to match other hardware on this particular bike (2010 Cannondale Bad Boy).
Helped ease shoulder pain while riding

Originally purchased for my wife’s bike but I was having trouble with shoulder pain from a rotator cuff injury while riding my bike. Both the 3” rise handle bar on my bike and 5” rise handle bar on her bike significantly reduce the pain in my shoulder. It took a few rides to get used to the position but makes my riding more enjoyable. I can ride for 2-2.5 hours easily now.
