-Super easy to put on the cassette, although additional spacers were needed.
-very sturdy
-32/19 was the perfect gearing for my S.S. hill commuter.

Cons

-other than not coming with spacers, none.

Pros

Machined and hardened, has a tall tooth profile, lightweight and it looks cool

Cons

Makes me intentially make fun of stamped cogs which is probably mean.

Other Thoughts

Being available in every incriment is nice. I have a 19t my son runs an 18t so I have an excuse if he beats me. I can say his bike is just faster.
