Will fit some seats & seat rails better than others.
Other Thoughts
There are subtle and some not so subtle differences between seats and seat rail spacing. Check out the spacing with your first Fixer.
This has very little to do with actual product. This is about having the product when my local bike shop couldn't get it. I'm grateful to modern bike.com for having what I needed!

I have another Topeak seat bag holder that fits properly. I didn't realize there are multiple sizes.

Silly "security" bolt.

I replaced the "security" bolt that mount the item to the bars and IMHO, it's better.
Works as Expected

Works as well as the other one I keep on my mountain bike. Delivered in timely manner to allow me to use on MS150 ride this year.

Bought this to use on another bike. My Topek handlebar bag was at least 8 years old but this unit worked as well as the original.
Metal cable security can poke your hands if not cut back or secured out of way.
