It comes in very handy when and if you require to pick up unexpectedly, by keeping it flat (folded) and unfold for use.
Cons
The experience with the one I receive was that it was very difficult to open (unfold) than you would expect, but once open its very nice. The difficulty to open seems to be the pins at the bottom of the side panels get caught on the slots or openings at the bottom.

In a town that parking is very difficult, I park my car on Friday,and tool around with my bike thanks to this and front basket.
Cons
The side handle clips aren't too snug. Have popped off a couple of times.. Luckily I found them. Without them, the sides start to cave in.
I like this trolley

It works very well on my topeak rack. It holds my groceries when going to the store. I like that it has wheels and a folding handle. I can fill it up at the store then slide it on the rack and lock it on.

Longevity. You must use tie wraps and duct tape from the beginning to fortify the weak spots to make it last more than 6 months. But, it's a cool design and I use it every day so I don't mind periodic replacement. Every 6-12 months.

Other Thoughts
I originally bought this basket to carry my pet chihuahua along on rides with me. I gave it only 4 stars because I did not notice in the tech info that it could not be used for that purpose as the basket sides shift around and seam flimsy when the dog moved around in the basket scaring the dog. But it is great for a quick trip to the store. It clips in easily to my Topeak rack and will hold a full paper grocery bag or a couple of plastic shopping bags. It folds up quickly, the handle extends to a manageable height and it rolls easily. I ended up giving it to a family member, though, so I could buy something more suitable to carry my pet.
