I had a 1-inch fully carbon fork from Columbus before, and while it was great, it often came loose, and I was never sure why, until I discovered a crack in the top tube, which meant that I needed to replace it. But when it was well adjusted, that fork tracked very well. When I got the Ritchey fork, installation was easy, and it has remained solid the whole time, as it should, and I think I can take even tighter turns at speed on this fork. It has been marvelous. Just a little more weight, but huge amounts of peace of mind, and delight with solid tracking. I am super happy with this acquisition.
