A clean, strong stem but, not overly heavy. I've always liked Ritchey products and this lives up to my expectations. Not as expensive as carbon fiber.
Cons
None, for me. If you're super weight conscious, it's not as light as the carbon fiber versions of his components.
Other Thoughts
Tom Ritchey is a pioneer in bike tech. He makes great stuff! I really appreciate that his line of products is very high quality throughout their price range. You don't have to break the bank to have really nice bike gear.
