Massive upgrade for your Trike or Bike

Pros
Little maintenance. (Oil change every 3100mi or so)
Shift at dead stops. With practice you can down shift up hill, but don't do it with a load on the pedals.
The even shifting from gear to gear makes for a reliable and predictable feel and transfer of power.
Mechanical feel.
Fun
Cons
Hard to come up with any. Maybe the price, but you get what you pay for, so that shouldn't impact if you should purchase or not.
Other Thoughts
I added this to my Catrike Expedition with the FSA Patterson Drive. I found this combination gave me great cruising speed and when the Patterson Drive is shifted to 1:1 there are now 14 climbing gears. I now have the ability to maintain cruising speeds on flat ground and can climb any hill in my way with little effort.
You will read about the noise of the hub for gears below the 7th, don't worry about it is barely noticeable and i enjoy it-- makes me sound like a machine!!
Modern bike nailed it when it came to ordering and the time it took to get the parts delivered. When the tires I have now wear out I will buy from them again.
