Pros
Works well with Serfas lights. Attaches to holes in top of helmet securely with Velcro.
Cons
If your helmet doesn't have vents on top there won't be a place to attach the Velcro. I've noticed on my POC MTB helmet this is the case. Vents are in the wrong place that a light strap is tricky to attach. I have several helmets my light is attached to my lazer and giro helmet.
Other Thoughts
When I originally purchased my light it came with the mount. I took off the attachment during the summer and misplaced it. Could not find it in any of the local bike shops therefore I shopped online. I purchased two. They shipped quickly and I was back riding after work in no time at all.

Other Thoughts
Having a light on your helmet makes trail riding at night much easier than handle bar mounts. This mount is very secure and doesn't add any weight
