Pros
The Shimano Lever Hoods on both sides were replaced due to a crash. The new parts fit perfectly and restored the appearance of the levers to before the crash. The hoods are stiff but require an extra tug to cover the levers in order to fit correctly.
When the parts arrived after a few days the packaging was not damaged and all the paperwork was correct.
Cons
The most difficult problem was determining the product model number. There are many types and styles. The Shimano Ultegra Levers did not have a model number on the shifters. I had to use a photo and compared it to the ones on the Modern Bike's website. I was able to identify the correct lever hood and place my order.
