Pros
Easy to install on my 1980's Ultegra hub that originally came with a 7-speed freehub body.
Cons
No cons that I'm aware of.
Other Thoughts
Installation was simple with an Allen wrench. Replaced the original axle with a longer one to fit a 130mm frame width, and now I have a wheel to use as an indoor trainer when I get it re-dished to accommodate the 10-speed hub.
For me it was a relatively inexpensive way to convert an existing 7- speed wheel to a 10-speed for indoor use and bike storage.
Rated 4 out of 5 only because I haven't had time to put it to use yet.
