Product:
Shimano Ultegra 6700 10 Speed Cassettes: 11-28t Cassette
Ownership: more than a year
Tech Knowledge: somewhat high
Pros
I either needed to ride more uphill sprints or get a gear, Well the new gear won with this 11-28T cassette. The shifting is smooth and precise and I find that this cassette is a little better at shifting than my SRAM 12-25T cassette. You can't go wrong with Shimano especially Ultegra level components. and they are about as good as Dura-Ace at a much lower cost.
Cons
A bit odd on the larger cog sizes 19, 21, 24, 28 - as opposed to SRAM's 19, 22, 25, 28, which I'd prefer.
Other Thoughts
If you are going from a low gear of 23T or 25T make sure you have the chain-wrap capacity on your derailleur, also you may need to purchase a new chain for the length difference.
