Pros
Extremely light, great aesthetic.
Cons
The installation requires you to be very certain of the final cockpit before you can loop a brake line through. I found this to be difficult because if you want to move stuff you'll have to remove the entire brake cable or leave it slightly loose.
Other Thoughts
I don't think anything looks like these, I get several comments about the cleanliness.
A little extra effort on the install is worth it for me, I've left them loose slightly so I can adjust them while riding and it seems to work okay for me.

the brake cable exits straight out of the lever directly into the base bar, eliminating a bend in the cable. extremely lightweight and well built.
