Replaced a broken Sun X3-AX lower seat strutOur Sun X3-AX recumbent trike lower seat strut that fits inside the upper strut broke over time. Turns out this 19 x 700mm strut fits perfectly outside the upper strut. It is larger, much stronger and far more stable, reducing seat rocking side to side.
Has to be modified to length, but not too difficult with hack saw and drill using the old strut as pattern.
Hopefully this posting will be helpful to others looking to replace a Sun recumbent trike seat strut.
