I build my own wheelsI own a Surly Pugs--now discontinued--and anticipate a day when I might need one of these to lace a new set of wheels. It looks super important.
As is Surly's fashion, this came with no instructions at all so I have no idea how it's used to dish a new wheel, I only know that it's necessary. I'll figure it out when the time comes.
As the Pugs is now discontinued I suspect this review will go away once the part is no longer stocked.
