Really well built. The only rack I found that fit correctly on my Trek Farley 7.
Cons
Not a huge fan of the chrome hardware. Wished it was all black...

The mounting tubes that connect to the seat stay come pretty long to fit various bikes and you may need to cut a little as noted in the instructions, I had to trim off a little for my Surly Wednesday Medium, no big deal, it’s a really nice rack. Holds a stuffed 30L dry sack nicely. Overall great product.
