Pros
Cost is less than other hammered fenders with all the same appeal. Rear fenders are predrilled for the fender stays and chain stays. You may need to drill a hole for the 3rd attachment point on the brake bridge or use the included metal sliding bridge bracket. The front fender has holes predrilled for the fender stay and a hole towards the front for mounting to the fork. I drilled another hole as that hole was too far forward given the position I wanted for the fenders.
Cons
Does not come with leather washers. You'll want to buy some for the installation. How many depends on your setup, but 8 would be a fair.
Other Thoughts
The 36mm fenders work with my 700x28mm tires (panaracer paselas), but the fit is very tight and took a lot of time getting it right. Initial installation took 2 hours, plus 1-hr adjustment after a couple rides. But this was my first time installing metal fenders.
