Typical Tektro brake levers with a shorter reach lever for smaller hands
Other Thoughts
The body/hoods for the Tektro R340 and R341 are the same. The difference is in the lever shape. The short reach R341 lever curves back towards the body of the hood in the upper middle area of the lever more than the R340. The end of the lever, however, appears to be the same which leaves the overall travel before hitting the drop bars the same.
