Pros
Just the basic wrenches and a screwdriver. Small, simple, and lightweight. Quality is very good. I carry this if I don't think I'll need a chainbreaker or spoke wrench, which is often.
Cons
No chain breaker or spoke wrench. That's not it's intent.
Other Thoughts
If riding with others, you only need one chain breaker in the group. Tire irons aren't necessary for most of my bikes and spoke wrenches aren't needed often either (and tend to be more convenient as separate tools). This tool allows me to make all common adjustments and most quick fixes. Simplicity is good.
