This is the fourth light mounted on the rear as a pair is mounted on each side of the rear fork (near axle) and the third on the seat post. This mount, however, is on the end of the rear rack where most mounts need to be and are best seen. Notwithstanding that a rear red light is required by, law; the more the lights the better especially the red ones in the rear. I am lit up like a Christmas Tree and even have twin clear headlights on the handlebars.

Pros
Adequately bright, mounts directly to Topeak racks with one screw very securely, won't vibrate loose or snap off from occasional rough handling. Great light! Oh, haven't had to replace the battery and use bike almost every day and night to commute. Still bright.
Cons
Can't think of one.

My second light. First one broke in a crash. Ordered this one. Great light.
Cons
It was sent with batteries included.. unfortunately they were dead. SoI had to buy new batteries.
