Headset strap is low. Tall back shifts to the side.
Other Thoughts
I like this bag because it has enough room for my snacks and a power pack to plug into my Cygolite or phone for long rides. It is also big enough to carry my iPhone in. It is also waterproof. I have been caught in the rain on my rides many times. I have it strapped to the top bar (two Velcro straps) of my bike frame and headset (one Velcro strap). I am giving it only four stars because it will shift to the side as I am peddling which is irritating. I am going to add a second strap to mount to the headset and see if that will fix the problem. I would recommend this bag if you want to carry a power-pack for the reasons I do.
