Pros
Design allows for off size bottles. Particularly handles slightly larger diameter flasks than most.
It really look great on classic road bikes and has a quality finish.
Functionally, you can point a bottle in its direction and it will be guided in by the "rails". I have never had any container accidentally come out yet it doesn't fight you when you pull something out.
Cons
Probably not beefy enough for off-roading, but this is a road bike cage.

Elegant design. Lightweight. Ease of bottle access (not a fight like some others.)
Cons
I have 4 (on 2 bikes). One just snapped. Hopefully just an aberration.
Other Thoughts
Excellent customer service from Modern Bike - shipped me a replacement right away.
