I used to run the classic Dino combo from WTB on my 26". My new 27.5 came with some factory tires (very light) that didn't perform well on the trails in my area. Coming downhill through loose and rocky corners as well as off angle slopes always presented some interesting slides. The terrain here is hard pack, rocky, and lots of loose over hard pack. I've only ridden it a few times since the snow has settled in here but this tire works great. The large side lugs grab real well on off camber slopes. It rolls reasonable well but is certainly not an XC tire. It is also lets you know that its about to loose traction when pushing hard through corners. I've done a few snow rides on it in the 35-40 degree temperature range (read: slop and mud) and it performs. Mud cleared well, and corner traction was good too. I was running pressure well below the casing's recomendations though. This will probably end up being my "enduro" front tire choice for the rocky terrain here in Colorado. Overall very pleased with it so far.
